What I Learned Redesigning PharmEasy Mobile
Redesigning PharmEasy Mobile taught me that in HealthTech, true UX is about emotional safety and building trust. For older adults, fast delivery relieves real-world panic, and true accessibility means designing for physical limitations—like arthritis—by replacing complex menus with simple, conversational interfaces. Ultimately, I learned that trust isn't built with a slick UI, but through plain-language transparency that makes vulnerable users feel instantly secure.
